Edinburgh based rapper Madhat Mcgore teams up with North London native Jimmy Snookz for their biggest release to date - a ten track LP fittingly titled 'City 2 City'.

Recorded in just two days and featuring the likes of Eurogang member V.I aka Villain, Mafiella & Queen Ice Cream aka Diva Twins, fellow Mudfam Regime members Skipper & Melody Melz,
Fedayeen Regime member D Millz, Rago from ITN and Madhat’s fellow scot The Riddlah, the highly anticipated long player displays sharp,
intelligent wordplay from two of the UK's most revered underground rhymers. Accompanied by an equally impressive and brilliantly varied backdrop of hiphop-grime-dance infused instrumentals,
'City 2 City' takes the listener on a journey through what is the audio equivalent of a smog filled inner city landscape.

With this latest project, Madhat has delivered his most rounded sounded to date, and teaming up with Mudfam lyricist Jimmy Snookz may ultimately prove to be an accidental stroke of genius.

Exciting exciting news for Music Comes First Records and Madhat Mcgore. Madhat is booked to perform at Scotland's biggest music festival. 80,000 diehard music fans congregate on Balada to encounter a thrilling weekend of live music.

Playing on the same bill as the likes of other UK rappers Professor Green, Tinie Tempah, Wretch 32, Plan B and Devlin. Plus other artists such as Beyone,Foo Fighters, Pulp, Chase & Status & More.

Madhat will be performing the BBC Introducing Stage @ T in The Park on Sunday 10th July.

Madhat Releases New EP with German Producer Politiks Productions

Madhat has been working very hard and has started to work with artists from all over the world. One project which was releases 31/3/2011 through MCFR was "The New Alliance EP" which features artists such as Silas Zephania,Impyramental and Marrik Layden Deft. All tracks were produced by German producer Politiks Productions.

This release shows Madhat is on top form at the moment and you will see how he is switching things up when it comes to his flow and style.

Madhat Update!
